Company Flows are rule-based workflows for campaign automation. They let Linklo take action when a condition is met.

How Company Flows work

A Company Flow follows a simple structure:

  • If a performance condition is met
  • Then Linklo performs the action you selected

You can use flows across multiple campaigns and ad accounts, which makes them useful for larger advertisers and agencies.

Create a Company Flow

  1. Open the Company Flows section.
  2. Click Create Company Flow.
  3. Name the flow and select the ad account.
  4. Select the campaigns the flow should monitor.

Configure the rule

The condition defines when the flow should trigger.

  • Metric: the KPI to watch, such as cost per lead.
  • Comparison: the logic, such as greater than or less than.
  • Value: the threshold that triggers the rule.
  • Timeframe: the period used to evaluate the condition.

Choose the action

The action defines what Linklo does after the condition is met. Depending on your setup, you can exclude a company or move it to a different campaign.

Example

You could create a flow that says: if the number of leads for a campaign is greater than 2 over the last 28 days, then exclude the company from that campaign.

After the flow is active, Linklo monitors the campaign and applies the action when the rule matches.
