Company Flows are rule-based workflows for campaign automation. They let Linklo take action when a condition is met.
How Company Flows work
A Company Flow follows a simple structure:
- If a performance condition is met
- Then Linklo performs the action you selected
You can use flows across multiple campaigns and ad accounts, which makes them useful for larger advertisers and agencies.
Create a Company Flow
- Open the Company Flows section.
- Click Create Company Flow.
- Name the flow and select the ad account.
- Select the campaigns the flow should monitor.
Configure the rule
The condition defines when the flow should trigger.
- Metric: the KPI to watch, such as cost per lead.
- Comparison: the logic, such as greater than or less than.
- Value: the threshold that triggers the rule.
- Timeframe: the period used to evaluate the condition.
Choose the action
The action defines what Linklo does after the condition is met. Depending on your setup, you can exclude a company or move it to a different campaign.
Example
You could create a flow that says: if the number of leads for a campaign is greater than 2 over the last 28 days, then exclude the company from that campaign.
After the flow is active, Linklo monitors the campaign and applies the action when the rule matches.
